Here is Brave Bitesize #37, your 60-second weekly update on all things digital from SEO to PPC, through to Web Design & Development.
This week we are looking at Twitters new super follower feature and Facebook has launched a new video series on how to make the best use of its platform for marketing. Facebook is also working on a new image labelling algorithm.
Hello, and welcome to this week’s Brave Bitesize.
So Twitter recently announced it was going to launch a ‘super follower’ function to allow users to create subscription-only content. This exclusive content model follows in the footsteps of services like Patreon for example. It's in the early stages as Twitter have said more information will be available in the coming months so we're keeping our ears open.
Meanwhile, Facebook has created a series of videos explaining how to improve your social media skills. The videos feature experts who have built their businesses using Facebook’s platform, meaning these tips and tricks are from those that've already been there, done that and got the t-shirt as such!
Sticking with Facebook, they've also reported that it's developing an algorithm to recognise images by itself without the need for labels. The system, dubbed 'Seer', is hoping to remove human bias when it comes to labelling photos.
That's your 60 seconds, so see you next time.
