판문점 견학 30일부터 재개...'백신패스' 적용
Tours to the Joint Security Area in Panmunjeom will resume on November 30th after a four-month pandemic-driven hiatus... as part of South Korea's gradual return to normalcy.
Seoul's unification ministry announced Thursday that the number of visitors per tour will be limited to 20, with tours taking place just once a day at 3 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
All visitors must be fully vaccinated or submit a negative PCR result issued at least 72 hours ahead of the visit.
Those who signed in July last but could not visit due to COVID-19 restrictions will be eligible for tours first.
Online reservations will be open from 10 AM next Monday.
