Like Chunky Panday AKA Aakhri Pasta, this dish's got an Italian dad and an Indian mom.
Try this super duper Pasta recipe - a bit Italian, a bit desi and very easy.
Recipe:
Ingredients:
100g Natural Tempayy Cubes (Minced)
200g Penne
250ml tomato puree
40g chopped onions
25g chopped garlic
2g chopped parsley
60ml cooking cream
40g pasta seasoning
25ml olive oil
5g sugar
10g parmesan cheese
Method:
Heat oil in a pan
Add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté for a few seconds.
Add chopped/ minced Tempayy, salt and crushed pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Add tomato puree, pasta seasoning and veg stock. Allow it to cook for 4 minutes.
Add boiled penne pasta or any pasta of your choice, check for seasoning and mix well.
Coat the pasta with the sauce and cream.
Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Toss it for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with some more parmesan cheese, sliced black olives and parsley. Serve hot.
