Transport for London is set to make a decision on whether to cut a number of bus routes in the next few weeks. More than 40 routes had their services cut last year, and there are plans to make even more changes.
These suggested changes include axing the 271 from Highgate Village to Moorgate.
TfL bosses are warning that the service may have to enter a period of ‘managed decline’. They blame a lack of Government funding, that could result in a bus service cut of eighteen percent.
A final decision is expected by the 9th of March.
