Vapour Clean is an assisted cleaning programme that can be performed in every electric Smeg range cooker and oven.
Eco friendly and quick to run, simply pour around 40ml - 120ml of water into the base of the oven, spray the sides if needed.
Select the Vapour Clean function - this can be found with 5 water droplets. Select the temperature. Choose the water droplets on the temperature control dial.
For range cookers & ovens without the functionality on the controls, simply select a function that activates the base element, then select the lowest temperature.
Allow the programme to run for 18 minutes, switch off the oven, allow to cool and wipe any residue and build-up away.
