The Okoa Kenya referendum push has collapsed. IEBC say CORD did not meet the requisite thresh to push for e referendum to amend the constitution through a popular initiative. According to a statement by IEBC the opposition coalition only managed 891, 598 signatures falling short of the required one million signatures to amend the constitution through a popular initiative.
