Let's go on what is possibly the most well-known hike, locally. Cascade Falls in Pembroke, Virginia is a beautiful, 69-foot-tall waterfall in a lovely forest setting. There are plenty of other sights to see in the area. Please check my channel for other options.

There are food options in Pembroke. Bluegrass BBQ has an amazing brisket sandwich. Tangent Outfitters has good food and also snacks, essentials you may have forgotten, clothing, beer, gas, etc.
