Deccan Queen, started running on 1st June 1930, as a premium train between Mumbai & Pune. It is India’s first Superfast train. Deccan Queen had a unique livery, the main colours being white and blue with a strip of red line.


From 22nd June 2022, Deccan Queen got NEW LHB Rake. The Dining Car has been retained in the new train too, with the change being that the new Dining Car is fully Air Conditioned.


In this video, we can see the new rake entering CSMT station. The train has a swanky VISTADOME coach with a viewing gallery. As we travel along we review the new coaches of Deccan Queen including the seats, Dining Car, toilets, etc.
