3. UK Energy Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will take evidence on the legislative consent memorandum LCM(S4) 20.1 from—
Fergus Ewing, Minister for Energy, Enterprise and Tourism, Mike McElhinney, Head of Electricity Markets, and Katherine White, Team Leader: Electricity Market Reform, Scottish Government.
4. Regulatory Reform (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.
5. Bannockburn 2014: The Committee will review the evidence heard earlier.
