BRICS has received application from Argentina & Iran and potential interest from Saudi Arabia to Join BRICS. This is important in an emerging multi-polar world. The presence of India in Quad but not being invited to Nato meet where Japan and Australia have been invited is going to irk both India and China. In this video I discuss the potential outcome.
