Creamed spinach casserole is a delicious side dish that compliments most any meat. It goes over great at potlucks and other gatherings or just make it for your family. Creamed Spinach Casserole:
1 - 10-ounce package frozen spinach, cooked according to package directions and drained well (press the water out with a spoon or paper towel to remove as much liquid as possible)
2 ounces softened cream cheese
1 egg, well beaten
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
garlic powder and pepper to taste
Topping:
1 sleeve of any round, buttery cracker that you like
3 tablespoons melted butter
