Croatian judoka Barbara Matic became World Champion in 2021 in Budapest. She finished fifth at the 2020 Olympic Games. She was double junior world champion in 2013 and 2014 and European Junior Champion 2013 and 2014. She took gold at the Grand Slam in Budapest in 2020 and gold at the Grand Prix in Zagreb in 2016. Matic won bronze at 2014, 2017 and 2019 European Championships. She took silver medal at the IJF Masters in St. Petersburg. She took silver at the Grand Slam in Tashkent and Antalya in 2021. She bagged a bronze medal at the Grand Slam in Paris in 2022.
Miriam Butkereit

German judoka Miriam Butkereit won a bronze medal at the European Open in Prague in 2017 and Glasgow in 2018. She was German champion in 2016, German Junior champion in 2014 and Cadet champion in 2010. Miriam won various European Cup medals. Miriam captured bronze at the Grand Prix The Hague in 2017 and 2018. She took silver at the Grand Slam in Düsseldorf in 2019 and bronze at the Grand Prix in Antalya. She took silver at the Grand Slam in Tel Aviv in 2021. She captured a bronze medal at the Grand Slam in Baku in 2021 and Ulaanbaatar in 2022.
