May 24 (Bloomberg) -- Agustin Carstens, governor of Mexico's central bank, talks about prospects for success in his bid to become the next managing director of the International Monetary Fund, the qualifications needed by a successful candidate for the job and representation of emerging-market nations on the IMF.
