PEPPERONI PIZZA RECIPE :
Ingredients :
• Dough
• Flour 3.5 cups
• Yeast 11grams Instant
• Sugar 1 tbsp
• Salt a pinch
• Luke warm Water as required
• Semolina to sprinkle optional
• Pizza sauce 1 cup
• Pepperoni 8-10
• Pizza cheese grated
• Mixed herbs 2 tsp
• Chilli flakes 1 tsp
• Oil as required
Method :
Make dough prior 40 minutes for double proofing and line on pizza trays. Sprinkle Semolina optional. Line pizza sauce on pizza dough, cheese, and herbs and bake for 15 minutes. Till golden brown.
CHICKEN BROAST RECIPE :
Ingredients :
• Water 5-6 Cups (enough to dip chicken)
• Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tbs
• Sirka (Vinegar) ½ Cup
• Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 2-3 tbs
• Chicken with skin 4 pieces
• Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tbs or to taste
• Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 & ½ tbs
• Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
• Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
• Baking powder 1 & ½ tsp
• Mustard powder 1 & ½ tsp
• Soy sauce 2 tbs
• Chilli sauce 2 tbs
• Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2-3 Cups
• Water 4-5 Cups
• Cooking oil for frying
Method :
Add water, salt, vinegar, and green chili paste in a bowl, and mix well. Add the chicken pieces, dip them properly, and marinate for 4-5 hours. In another bowl, add the marinated chicken, red chili powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper powder, baking powder, mustard powder, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes. In one bowl, place all-purpose flour, and add water in another bowl. Now, coat the marinated chicken pieces in the all-purpose flour, then dip them into the water, and coat them again in the all-purpose flour. In a wok, heat cooking oil to 155°C and fry the chicken pieces on low flame until golden and crispy (10-12 minutes).
