The exhaust manifold leak has now been repaired along with the raw water pump impeller replaced.

The muffler has a leak aft that was a pre-existing issue as the intake on the fiberglass muffler was cracked and a repair was attempted by putting a metal sleeve over the crushed part. It would be quite a challenge to come up with a fix for this issue without replacement of the complete muffler system.
