Once you apply for an EIN for your business, the IRS sends you a CP 575 Notice, which lists the EIN, company name & address.
But what if you lose the CP 575 Notice? The notice is only issued once, so you'll need to obtain a LTR 147C instead.
You can call the IRS tax hotline and obtain a "147C Letter" which provides the same information.
