2020年11月，海軍首批“生長模式”培養的艦載戰鬥機飛行員通過航母晝間著艦資質認證，實現了單批認證人數最多、訓練時間最少、認證周期最短等歷史性突破。
從此以後，艦載戰鬥機飛行員，可以“批量生長”了！這對航母體系作戰能力建設，具有重大意義。而張宇亮就是這些飛行員中，第壹個完成資質認證的飛行員，而現在他作為教官正在培養更多的艦載機飛行員。

今年，海軍在最新的招生計劃中宣布，將首次選拔女艦載機飛行學員。這壹舉措意味著我國對艦載機飛行人才需求更加迫切，同時也為選拔女航天員提供了更多預備人選。

This year, the Navy announced in its latest enrollment plan that it will select female carrier-based pilot pilots for the first time. This move means that my country's demand for carrier-based aircraft flight talents is more urgent, and it also provides more candidates for the selection of female astronauts.
