To address hidden hunger in Zimbabwe, HarvestPlus works with partners to develop and promote nutrient-enriched staple crops. This video is used to encourage farmers to grow vitamin A orange sweet potato by explaining the crop’s nutritional and agronomic benefits. This work was conducted as part of he Livelihoods and Food Security Programme funded by the UK Government.
