# nvram show | grep vlan.*ports [To show the current VLANs + Ports]
# nvram set vlan1ports="0 1 2 5*" [To remove port 3 (external port 4) from VLAN 1]
# nvram set vlan2ports="3 4 5" [To add port 3 (external port 4) to VLAN2]
# nvram commit [To save the configuration]**
# reboot [To reboot the router]
** If the new VLAN settings did not save after the reboot (in Tomato firmware) then I would also add this line before the nvram commit:
# nvram set manual_boot_nv=1
# nvram commit
# reboot
-Only Broadcom based devices support port-based VLAN's
-The CPU Internal port number might be 8 for some wireless routers
