Incredible conditions for west of the Cascade Mountains in Washington developed last night from Sultan-Gold Bar, WA. Strong easterly winds paired with heavy snow made for blizzard conditions, dropping visibility down to zero feet at times. 5000 customers lost power due to the strong wind.
