This is an edited clip about the tragic death of 23 year old Trinity Taylor who was killed by John Payne when his lorry hit her car. He was using his phone when the crash happened.

Hopefully this will highlight the dangers involved in the use of any distraction devices that are in most vehicles.

Please note that this happened in 2006 so John Payne has now since been released from prison and his driving ban will be finished next year (2013). My personal opinion is that we need far longer prison sentences for causing death by careless or dangerous driving and lifetime bans.
