#besaraa
Besara is a traditional and authentic Odia recipe, where mixed desi vegetables are cooked in mustard paste. It is also one of the menus of Mahaprasad at Puri Shree Jagannath Temple.
It goes very well with Kanika (sweet rice) or with Ghia Arnna (ghee rice or ghee anna). So here it is, the recipe of a conventional mouth watering simple aesthetic dish.
