"Almost the long and the short of it - and we caught these well-known Variety Stars at a little rehearsal - " L/S of George Clarke sitting in a deck chair in a garden. "Tiny Mite" - a young girl - runs across the garden and jumps into his arms. They cuddle. George stands up and lifts the girl high into the air. She does a balletic pose. He stands her on the ground and throws her from side to side. Then she does a few twirls as he holds her hands above her head. They do a little dance routine including high kicks and twirls. George lifts Tiny Mite above his head and holds her there. Then he bends one knee and lowers her down to the ground.
"Up and down and roundabout - Tiny Mite contrasting with the strenuous George." More dancing ensues, George lifts Tiny Mite up and she stands on his hand. He then poses with her as she stiffens her body. They then do a little skippy dance routine. The dance ends with Tiny Mite standing on one of George's shoulders leaning forward with her arms out and one leg behind her. Very impressive!
