Kansas City is known for its barbecue. Some even say it's the BBQ Capital of America, and we happen to agree. But who's the best of the best? Well, the best way to tell who has the best barbecue in Kansas City is to get some friends together and try a bunch of different spots, so that's what five KSHB 41 staffers did.
In the spirit of the 2023 NFL Draft coming to Kansas City, a draft was the only logical way to proceed after competing three months of gut-busting "research." Who will go No. 1?
