WOW, what a month! I can't believe I am now a qualified Yoga teacher. Honestly if you told me I would have done my training last year I wouldn’t have believed you. I cannot express how much I've learnt and have changed as a result of my month long experience in Bali. It was one of the best months of my life and I’m so unbelievably grateful I was able to do it. I hope this vlog gives you an inside look into what to expect from Yoga teacher training and shows you what my life was like during my month away. I know it's a long Vlog, but I wanted to include as much as possible.

I can't wait to start teaching what I've learnt and continue my meditation and Yoga studies. There is so much I want to do and develop with Mindspo and I’m beyond excited to grow this business and personal development platform more and more as I keep going with this journey :)
