It was between this and Yankee Rose and I felt this one had the easier guitar parts, but even then it took a while to get them ingrained in my head haha. But like my cover of Whitesnake's 'Now You're Gone', I had a lot of fun trying to decode Steve Vai's playing. Getting all the parts up to speed took a while and with my work being quite busy at the moment, it took a few more days than I would've liked, but I'm glad I got it up before Christmas. Love this song as an example of how you can stay on the same bass note in the chorus! I also think it's the best use of a delay pedal (or rack) during the guitar solo. Steve does an amazing job at harmonising with himself and creating nice melodies.

I use a Jackson DK2 Dinky from 2004 (I removed the tone pot and moved the volume over) into a Boss Me50 (where I get my tone) into a Palmer Pdi-09 (which simulated a mic'd up cab) into a Focusrite Scarlett into my computer running Logic Pro X (where I add a little EQ and Reverb).
