This video is highlighting a new reef tank build that I am going to showcase. This is a 60 gallon breeder tank with ATI T5 and Reef Brite Blue XHO.

Stand - using a standard stand
60 Gallon Breeder - standard Aqueon tank.
- Recommend you clean before filling
- Recommend leak testing before filling.
ATI T5 6 Bulb - 48” 6 Bulb SunPower unit (not dimmable)
Bulbs put in:
- 2 x True Actinic
- 2 x Blue Plus
- 2 x Coral Plus
Reef Brite Blue XHO - 48” Light
- Added this solely to make the corals “pop” and look good
2 HOB Refugiums 250 GPH
- First time with HOB refugium
- 1 will be treated like a canister filter
- 1 will hold Chaeto
Refugium Light - added the LEDENET White, Blue, Red
Tunze Skimmer 9004
UV Filter - first time using a UV Filter so bought a cheap one
ATO - using the Smart Lite ATO
200 Watt Eheim Jager Heater - run at 79 degrees
3 Koralia 850 GPH Powerheads
- Back bottom 1 is constant on pushing flow behind the rock and across the heater
- 2 upfront at top cycle on / off to create random flow
Black Background - added to hide cords
Power Strips and Timers - this is the control of my tank. I use cheap timers to control my whole system
Rock - I used dry rock and I used putty to glue together
Live Sand - 80 lbs Natures Ocean Samoa Pink
*Note - I used in tank equipment, so everything is housed within the tank
