Long story short, we didn't know that you needed to buy a road tax disc in the Czech Republic so we didn't buy one. I probably should have known but when you're driving in 16 countries in 10 days it's hard to get everything right. Anyway, we were pulled over by the police and given a fine of 2000CZR (about €80) but there's a little more of a story to it...
