Recipe:
120ml Pago Apple Juice
40ml Altitude Gin
20ml Alpinist Cocktail Syrup
15ml lemon juice
Orange wedge
, to squeeze and garnish
Cinnamon sticks and lemon, to garnish
Put your apple juice into a mug and microwave, or heat gently in a saucepan, until hot and steaming.
Off the heat, add the gin, syrup and lemon juice. Stir vigorously until combined. Squeeze the juice from your wedge of orange into your drink and drop in the peel.
