One way to get started in building power is to try to start standing up QUICKLY 🙌🏼
Even if it doesn’t feel fast to you- think about standing up as quickly as you can. It can help you recruit your muscles a little bit differently and unlock a little more POWER 💥
Work on mastering 10-20 of these every day or every other day, depending on what feels best. Raise the seating surface if needed at first ⚠️
There are plenty of ways to increase difficulty for this but it’s important to master the basics FIRST ✅
