Ended up having to wait 3 hours for this, as CSX I004 got stopped by a hotbox just ahead of this, and subsequently left this and Amtrak 48 (with 164) stopped behind it for nearly 2 hours.

This train was rerouted through here due to a track washout out in Massachusetts.
