This is because in one of the deleted scenes, Wade’s mom is a villain who doesn’t support her son’s relationship with a fire woman. “You’re fire, he’s water. It’s not like anything could come off it”. No. 2, Some people think that baby Wade should’ve died tragically inside a sponge. But luckily, a cloud janitor might have found the wet sponge and accidentally saved his life. No. 3, It’s a shame that Gale didn’t help out with the flooded Firetown as well. She could’ve used her powerful inhaling technique to suck in the rubble from the chimney so that Wade and Ember could escape. And no. 4, Wade is no longer panned by Bernie at the end of the movie. But I think Bernie should’ve unpanned everyone instead of just Wade, because forgiving everyone is a better blessing than forgiving just one person.
