Johannesburg Emergency Services is advising motorists travelling in the City to drive with caution, due to wet and slippery conditions. Heavy rainfall is expected to persist throughout the day as well as tomorrow. Residents are also advised to ensure that heating devices are not left unattended to prevent fire incidents.
