In this video I talk about what poundage I shoot for my spring and summer training season. This is a great protocol for all of you who want to get higher numbers of reps in. Lowering your draw weight really helps people learn more about your technique and archery form. I also discuss the small tweaks I make to my arrows so I get better ballistics in longer range shooting.
