While speaking about the state of the peasants during the four-year-rule of the BJP, Vijoo Krishnan says what Narendra Modi had promised was literally a wish list of the farmers in the country. BJP’s manifesto looked like the charter of demands of the All India Kisan Sabha, for the most part. However, four years down the line, it has turned out to be just a mirage.
