This is the Alphabetization Game to be played on Miro. while I cannot find the parallel to alphabetization... This is still an amazing game to learn from. The primary learning of this is to show/experience the difference between command and control and self-organized teams. This game is perfect for remote/virtual teams. Understand how different control strategies impact performance.
Practice two control strategies in a simple setting.

- Round 1 -
1. - Everyone selects an icon.
2. - Pick one boss. Everyone else is a team member.
3. - The boss sorts everyone by distance from the Salesforce Tower in San Francisco (or another location the boss chooses).
- Only the boss can move icons.
- The team members can speak only if the boss talks to them.
- There are no shortcuts!

- Round 2 -
1. - Everyone is a team member.
2. - Team members can talk to each other.
3. - Sort by the number of books in your house.
