Any backyard gardener knows the value of fresh, nutrient-rich compost. Using scraps from your own table and trimmings from your yard and garden, then turning them into rich, black compost can return organic material to your soil, retain moisture, and fertilize your yard and garden.
Making compost isn't that hard, but turning it can sometimes seem daunting -- turning a compost pile is necessary not only to speed the process but also to keep the process "aerobic" rather than "anaerobic" and smelly.
The easiest and arguably fastest way to get good compost from your own backyard is with a rotating (or "tumbling") composter. To get compost fast you really need two composters: one that's full and "cooking", and another that you're adding scraps to. Short of getting two separate composters, this can be best accomplished with a "dual composter" -- just like the Lifetime Dual Composter.
