Betrayal trauma happens any time a trusted loved one betrays you and it can be recorded in your body as trauma. But there is a path to healing. Kristin Snowden, MA, LMFT, CDWF is a licensed therapist and coach that specializes in helping individuals and couples in crisis after infidelity, emotional abuse, and/or uncovering addiction.
