Today is day 45 if eating half a plate of veggies (or fruit) with every meal and I really felt like this delish oat flat bread for breakfast (because sometimes I don’t want to eat my oats mushy in a bowl). That coupled with a bowl of fruit hit the spot - so filling and satisfying.
✨ SAVE THIS FOR LATER
Ingredients: Makes one large serving
1 c oats
1 c water
Pinch of salt
EBTB Seasoning (everything but the bagel)
Instructions:
Mix oats and water in a blender until smooth
Pour or batter into a nonstick pan forming 2 - 3 pancakes
Sprinkle with a pinch of salt ad EBTB seasoning
Flip flatbread when ready and cook on both sides
TIP: Add veggies into you batter for added nutrients and extra volume
