This video demonstrates the ICRI - radio interoperability gateway bridging/interconnecting an Airband VHF (AM) radio to a UHF conventional radio. The ICRI allows military support personnel aboard an aircraft to talk directly to public safety on the ground to provide reconnaissance, during search and rescue operations. No radio programming is required to establish the bridge between radios.
