Hey everyone! Wanted to check out the new Pyrebrand set coming in update 43. StamDK has a couple different options that are very strong. A dual wield setup using rapid strikes is also solid damage. If highland is viable, then you can pair it will Null Arca for excellent results. I have shied away from parsing with highland but there are some encounters within content that it may be viable. My next video will likely contain a parse with and a second without highland sentinel. .

Null Arca is going to be an interesting competitor with Rele going forward for the best medium trial set. Unfortunately, its less useful in content then on the dummy since it can proc on any random add rather then the main target. It is also much less powerful when its paired with anything but highland or perhaps ay since it relies heavily on crits to outperform Rele.

I chose to use an absorb stam glyph for some sundered procs, as there is already quite a bit of poison/burning damage coming from other skills. If you use another glyph besides absorb stam, you may run into some stam issues and need to swap to lava foot instead of green stam food. You can also cast whip a couple extra times to maintain stamina, but keep in mind that anything but a 3 stack whip is a damage loss over lethal arrow.

The opening rotation is as follows: precast foo, hail, trap, poison injection, claw, eruption, engulfing, degen, standard.

The longer dots on dk make the rotation pretty simple when using this setup. Just keep your dots up and spam lethal arrow between dot casts. Cast whip before barswaps if no dots are in need of a refresh, as trying to swap off of lethal arrow is quite difficult. Ideally you should only cast whip with 2 or 3 seething fury stacks. Try and time your backbar dots together so that you dont have to cast whip more then you need to. For example, you can pair degen, claw, and engulfing together.

I will try and test Pyrebrand on MagDk to compare against runecarver....but with my limited free time in the summer, I want to try and move on to other classes as well.
