In this video we bring you guys 4 accessory exercises that will improve your snatch technique! These 4 accessory drills can help beginners that are new to snatches, to even the more experienced individuals that still struggle with the main lift. I would recommend these exercises as a warm up if you are new to snatching to help learn the appropriate positions, or after your snatch workout as extra work to strengthen your positions. Try out all of these accessory drills and comment which one you find to be most beneficial!
