There is no debating that this vacuum canister works like a charm in keeping your coffee fresher for longer. However, I was interested to see when the difference really started to show, in simple terms, when was it WORTH investing in a canister like this. In short it looked like you could taste the difference after just 2 weeks of storage - where bagged coffee started to taste stale, the canister coffee tasted like it was fresh from the roaster.
