Phase 1 for 40% Qwilfish is a beautiful rare 4% Shiny Seadra! I went into this hunt absolutely convinced I'd find one of these so I'm not totally surprised. It just seems that fishing hunts in FireRed/LeafGreen like to give you either this Seadra or the 15% Gyarados.

A really cool shiny to find in the wild especially in Gen 4 considering how low % it appears. The deep blue is a very nice colour. Hopefully 40% Qwilfish isn't too far away on phase 2.
