Today I had to fly an ILS approach into a snowy Canadian airport (CYQU). Winter flying in Canada is full of surprises and never a dull moment and todays flight was no different. With moderate icing conditions, overcast clouds, and potential snow and blizzard conditions at the airport... we were required to fly the ILS approach to break out below the deck and make a silky smooth touchdown. Pilots in canada should have an IFR rating if they want to fly all year round as the winter months can groun a VFR airplane for weeks! So enjoy as you watch me attempt to land the Cessna turboprop after hopefully a successful ILS approach :)
