Application of Information Technology through development and dissemination of digital videos / e-lessons on various aspects of buffalo farming activities in appropriate scientific manner, for farmers to emulate and apply in their buffalo farming enterprises for optimisation of buffalo productivity. It has been developed under ICAR-CIRB project e-Bhains Vigyan Kendra. These videos / e-lessons by subject specialists depict the technology together with requirement of infrastructure and methodologies for easy adoption by the end-users in simplified language and pictorial / videographic depiction of various steps in the same.
This is aimed to act as a multimedia instructional resource that will allow different stake holders in buffalo farming to use resources across the country in an integrated, interactive learning manner on the internet. It will provide a platform for both information retrieval and knowledge sharing among different stakeholders in buffalo farming from anywhere in the world.
