⭐️THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body Circuits ⭐️
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 15-25 lbs.
► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 8 Exercises (alternating legs, arms, abs, cardio)
✔️ Repeat All 8 Exercises x 3 Sets
✔️ Time Drop Format (50/20, 40/15, 30/10)
►Workout Outline:
1. LEGS: 2 Squats + 2 Split Lunges
2. ARMS: Curl + Press with 3 Count Eccentric Lower
3. ABS: 1 Push Up + 1 Windshield Wiper Knee Pull
4. CARDIO: Burpee + 2 Lunge Jumps
5. LEGS: 3 Count Eccentric Lower Alternating Lateral Lunges
6. ARMS: Overhead Triceps
7. CARDIO: 3 Lateral Shuffle + 1 Dumbbell Pick Up
8. ABS: Dumbbell Glute Bridge + Isometric Hollow Rock Hold
X3 Sets
BURNOUT: YTM Challenge - 8 Fire Hydrant Lift + Kick Per Side
