In Valorant, you can win any round. Gun rounds, eco rounds, half buys – they’re all winnable. But compared to Counter-Strike, there are far fewer rounds that are guaranteed. And a big part of that is that, unlike in CS, no single gun is king. Every weapon in Valorant's arsenal is playable.
So, why is it that even the worst guns in Valorant are still… kinda good? Is that a bad thing? Does it lower the game’s skill ceiling - or does it actually make things that much more exciting?
