Bergen County NJ actually saw some towns where home prices actually DROPPED in 2023, if you can believe it!
In this video, I'm discussing Bergen County NJ home market data and trends as well as showcasing 3 Bergen County towns where home prices actually dropped in 2023. In fact there are more than 3 Bergen County towns with home price drops, but the towns I'm discussing in this video had the highest percentage of home price changes.
