Yoga sadhana includes handling your body—when to get up, what exercises to do, pranayama (exercise to control energy), and more. Free your mind from constant worldly distractions and mundane values like "Eat, drink, be merry."
**_Embrace common sense and balance._** Focus on what makes you feel healthy, happy, and mentally relaxed. Plan your day: what to do early in the morning, how to prepare your body with proper bath and shaucha (purity of mind, speech, and body), and how to gain inner strength with a morning walk, turning it into satsanga (good association) with nature.
**_Handle daily duties with mindfulness._** Watch your mind. Are you encouraging negative qualities like anger and pride? Gradually reduce unrighteous conduct and promote righteous conduct. Be loving, caring, helping, inspiring, and enjoy harmony.
**_Practice patience and endurance._** Like a mother facing challenges with patience, support your loved ones. When you return from work in the evening, engage with your relatives and create a spiritual atmosphere with puja (worship), aarti (veneration), or inspiring videos. Shift your mind from mundane delicacies to spiritual delicacies and embrace this higher addiction.
